    Dr. Karl-Heinz Korsten
    Head of School

    Since July 2013 Dr. Karl-Heinz Korsten is the Head of School at Phorms Campus Hamburg. Dr. Korsten has long-standing experience in teaching and school administration in Germany and abroad. After his doctorate in Biology and successful teaching in High School he worked as the Head of School in different schools in Germany and Spain.

    Before Dr. Korsten took on the job at Phorms Campus Hamburg he led the “Deutsche Schule Malaga” for nine years.

    Marina Caspari
    Business Manager

    Marina Caspari holds a diploma degree in Media Science. She has many years of experience in various functions and areas of the media industry, having worked for the Scholz & Friends Group and the G+J AG.

    Before joining Phorms Hamburg in March 2010, she worked as the leading project manager for cooperation projects of G+J Business Media.

    Joachim Heß
    Deputy Head of School

    Since August 2015 Joachim Heß is Deputy Head of School at Phorms Campus Hamburg. Joachim Heß has long-standing experience in teaching and school administration in Germany and abroad. After his studies in German literature, English and American studies he taught in secondary schools.

    Before joining the Phorms team he was Deputy Head of School at different schools in northern Germany, Las Palmas (Spain) and Porto (Portugal).

    Kerstin Dützmann
    Head of Primary School

    Kerstin Dützmann teaches German and Geography in different year levels of our primary and secondary schools. Originally from Nürnberg, she moved abroad after her second state examination.

    Back in Germany she worked for various schools in Bavaria and also for the project „KUS – Klassenzimmer unter Segeln“ of the University Erlangen-Nürnberg aboard the sailing ship „Thor Heyerdahl“ bevor joining Phorms in 2013.

    Sylvia Lehnhof
    Admissions Counsellor

    Sylvia Lehnhof studied International Management in Germany and England and later on worked for various companies in Germany and abroad. Recently she supported the German market launch of a leading British Gap Year Operator.

    She gained experiences in Spain, the UK, South America and South Korea. Since December 2011 she is responsible for coordinating the admissions process at Phorms.
