At the Phorms Campus Hamburg, we attach great importance to optimally preparing our students for the future. With the support of Dow and additional funds from our own resources, we are looking forward to opening a modern Coding & Robotics Lab in the coming six months.
This project is part of the planned campus expansion. Why are coding and robotics essential?
We live in an increasingly digitalised world in which technological skills are not an option, but a necessity. A study by the World Economic Forum already shows that around 50% of all jobs will require new digital and technological skills by 2025. Coding is not just a technical skill, but also a gateway to creativity, problem-solving strategies and teamwork - essential skills for the working world of tomorrow. This makes it all the more important to familiarise our students with these technologies at an early age.
Our approach at Phorms Campus Hamburg The Coding & Robotics Lab will complement our bilingual and personalised approach and give children and young people the opportunity to gain practical experience in the fields of programming, robotics and AI. They will learn to be not just consumers, but active creators of the digital world. We are convinced that this investment is an important step and will prepare our pupils for the challenges of the future.
With passion and a spirit of innovation, we are creating an environment that gives them the tools they need for a successful future.
Stay tuned!
