The Phorms Summercamp 2026 in Hamburg - an overview
The Phorms Summercamp will take place from July 13 to 31, 2026 at the Phorms Campus Hamburg at Wendenstraße 35-43. The courses run from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., lunch in the canteen is included.
The special feature: The summer camp is bilingual - all courses are taught in German and English. It is aimed at children from nursery to grammar school and is expressly open to children who are not enrolled at Phorms School.
Costs start from €250 per week - including all materials and meals.
Our 2026 courses: The right thing for every child
Each week offers its own program - parents can book one, two or all three weeks.
MINTernational Summer Camp (grades 5-8, 9-14 years) In cooperation with the International School of Hamburg and partners such as the TUHH, children immerse themselves in the world of science, robotics and AI programming - hands-on and practical.
Quick introduction to AI programming (grades 5-8, 9-14 years) No prior knowledge required: In one week, children learn the basics of artificial intelligence and program their first applications with Python.
Our (environment) world (nursery to year 5, 5-11 years) Explore outdoors, experience nature, develop environmental awareness - with the outdoor project, children explore the campus and their natural surroundings.
Sports Camp (grades 1-5, 6-11 years) Football, field hockey, athletics and baseball - a week full of exercise, team spirit and sporting discoveries.
Handball Intensive Camp (from elementary school, 6-12 years) Together with experienced coaches, children develop speed, coordination and real team spirit.
Creative camp: pottery & design with clay (grades 1-12, 6-18 years) Creativity without limits: children work with clay and take their own works of art home with them at the end of the week.
Dance Camp (grades 1-5, 6-11 years) Hip-hop, street dance and modern choreography - children discover their own dance style in a safe, bilingual environment.
"On the hunt for bears!" -Musical daycare vacation camp (from 1 year) Singing, dancing, making music and a small performance for the family at the end of the week - an unforgettable experience for the little ones.
Ideal for expat families in Hamburg
The Phorms Summercamp is deliberately designed to be bilingual - German and English are used equally. Children who mainly speak English at home are just as welcome here as German-speaking children. This makes the camp one of the few options in Hamburg that really caters to expat families.
Who is behind the summer camp?
All courses are led by qualified instructors and supervised by the educational staff of the Phorms Campus Hamburg. There are also strong partners: the International School of Hamburg, the TUHH, the Draußen-Projekt and FC St. Pauli. The Phorms Summercamp is not an isolated vacation program - it is part of an educational network that really takes children seriously.
